No matter what I watch, majority of new titles released this season are of crappy quality. The few ones that I’ve been really looking forward to turned out to be a huge disappointment.

Here is another gorgeous manga by Minekura turned into a crappy animation thanks to Studio Izena. I almost threw up a little as I was watching it and ended up shift deleting after the first 15 minutes. It took me alot of patience to reach that point. What a waste of bandwidth!
I was really looking forward to this since I liked it’s manga alot. Kazuya Minekura sensei’s mangas are all so epic but for some weired reason, every manga of her’s that’s been adapted into animation turns out pretty shitty which is really, REALLY, sad and unfair =\
I don’t understand why some good studio don’t adopt her stories instead of the current lousy ones.

Another title that I’ve been looking forward to mainly because NitroCHiRAL are the ones who handled the character designing and that’s why they all look so delicious @3@

Manly bishounens! It’s been a while since I’ve last seen some. Even the females looks so nice in this anime but unfortunately, like most of Gonzo’s works, the CG, despite looking comparatively decent than how they used to be rendered in their previous titles, is still a turn off (￣×￣)
But I think I’ll watch it for the eyecandy alone 8D; heh

- And last for now, there is Chi’s sweet home (ﾉ∇≦*)

D’AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWW. I keep squee’ing like an idiot while watching this. It’s so friggin’ adorable X3. This in addition to few others are on my watch list for sure! Be sure to watch it as well even if you aren’t a fan of cute things 8D. It’s just THAT sweet.

I’m also waiting for the subs of Amatsuki which I’m sure it’s also keeping it’s place on my watch list and waiting for Neo Angelique to complete downloading. I’m keeping it as well for the sake of bishounens alone 8P *gets hit*

Will check out the remaining titles later on and see of they are worth any time.

On a personal side, it’s always so chaotic in here. I wish I had a more peaceful environment to work in. One that’d allow me to work without interruption, disturbance, distractions, noises and stress. I always feel very productive but I can’t find a continuous three hours without having to get up to do something for someone and as a result, I end up giving up on my sleeping hours because that’s the only time I can relax and know for sure that I won’t have to get up in the middle of what I’m working on. Of course, this always comes with health consequences but it can’t be helped. If I don’t get my daily dose of drawing, I’ll be even more sick. Currently, I’m in the process of arranging priorities. I think this chaos is a result of lack of discipline on my part so from now on, I’m getting back to my organizer and daily schedules instead of working randomly. There’ll be slotted times for everything. Gotta keep things regular if I want to restore order. OSHA! I’M ON IT D8<

Dear God, I'm throwing away my wishlist for 2008 outta window and now, all I'm asking for is a peaceful home so I could focus and less kitchen work. Please ? (T人T） ﾅﾑﾅﾑ

Ok, I’ve been sort of inactive lately but that’s because I’m spending way too much time doodling, practicing and planning for a sekret project that I’m supposedly going to start this summer. I’m surprised that everything I draw these days turn out really good lol 8DDD;;; so I’d rather take full advantage of this momentarily leveled up state of mind instead of wasting it in doing other things XD I’ll be back once artblock strikes again heh.
In the mean time, here is some exciting news, well, at least to me :DDD

Those who know me closely know that, even if I don’t look like one, I’ve always been a fan of Batman 8D. I wasn’t fortunate enough to see all the movies but I’ve seen majority of them a couple of times and yes it’s *cartoons* are the only American animations that I’ve enjoyed watching aside from Avatar which I started just recently.
I was so excited when I learned that one of my most favorite animation companies, Production I.G, are taking part in the making and the art direction of the upcoming Batman: Gotham Knight animation. I read it’s going to be a six part anthology so I’m seriously looking forward to seeing how one of the most iconic superheros is going to be rendered in the hands of some of the best animation studios in Japan. The sneak preview that was leaked online before looks promising and has got me excited to see more. Now, the official site has been launched with a 2 minute teaser video.
Summer 2008. I can’t wait 8D

Finally, got around making a quick Kusuriuri. For some reason I had no heart to draw this at all. Drawing Mononoke fanarts is supposed to be heaps of fun but I just couldn’t feel happy while working on this. I don’t know what’s up with me I don’t seem to enjoy drawing as of late.
Maybe I should get myself a scanner and revert to traditional art for a while. That I can still have fun with. Holding a pencil is never boring.

And its almost the end of this year. I need to double my efforts and finish the things I owe people and myself. I’ll have to practice more, more and more.
I’m wasting so much time doing nothing and yet I have the nerve to complain about everything Orz|||||

I have no idea what these TTGL cards are about but I think I died due to cuteness overload when I saw these adorable mini figures here. OMG, I want my own set so badly *sniff*. They are so friggin’ adorable and there are whole lot of them.

I want a Kamina, Shimon, Viral and Leeron ones TwT. If only I had sufficient income *emos* but for now, they’ll stay a far reached dream. omg TTGL goodies. Wait for me, someday I’m definitely gunna get you all ;3;

Time for another lame sketch. The pose was a pain in the back to pull off but it somewhat looks ok. I’ll make it better in the finished version 8D; ..

Ahahah 8DD;; .. Still in TTGL mood after finally completely watching it last night. The OST Rocks!, The ending is more than perfect ! and omg, I can totally watch it again from start to end without getting bored. I’ve never felth this hyper about any anime since “Samurai champloo” XD
Speaking of TTGL, A short OVA is out but I yet have to watch it. I’ll do it tonight and while searching the net, I came across this very very interesting article about unanswered questions regarding this show XD
I, myself, have my share of un answered questions like, who the hell is the annonymous guy who takes commands from Shimon in the first episode ? he looks alot like Boota but nobody knows for sure AND at the very ending of the series, what happened to old Shimon’s eyes ? one of it had a spiral thing in it @_@? geez, I hate to be left to speculate things XD. I need absolute facts orz.
