No matter how many times I watch the above video, I never get bored! Its just among the most creative things I’ve seen. I really love how the artists look goofy through out the video 8D and the patterns they come up with is just splendid.
The main painter, Daisuke Yamamoto, who also directs this video is a really talented artist. Going through The Rinpa Eshidan site and browsing other live painting videos and their individual galleries really inspires me. I’ve always had a fascination with the traditional woodblock print looking art and finding the galleries of these artists were like stumbling upon a treasure. Heh, I feel inspired!

Probably, the last finished picture for this year. Group pictures are a pain in the back. Add cell shading to that and you’ll feel like wanting to jump out of the nearest window Orz. Remind me not to attempt doing both group images and cell shading together ever again!
Its been a long time since I’ve last used Photoshop for coloring. It was sort of fun at the end so I might give it more tries in the future.

I’ve never felt so angry in my entire life (▼皿▼ﾒ). I’ve always hated hypocrites and got them out of my life whenever I’d find one but what do you do when you have one living right under your nose and you just can’t get rid of ?
I’m sure I’m being punished for something I’ve done at some point of my life and my punishment is having to endure the presence of a real life b!*** 24/7 in a compact space where there is no place I could run to or hide. Last night was one of the worse nights in my life but I’m glad she showed her real colors infront of someone with authority lol. God, I’m so good at ignoring people it pisses them off :D I remember my mother used to tell me to “Let barking dogs bark”. Back then, I took the meaning literally and didn’t get how is that related to life but now I understand what she was talking about.
From now on, I’ll be using this approach in dealing with such people.

And wow, it’s almost new year *__*. Time sure flies by really fast.
Last year was probably the first time I’ve ever made a new year resolution. Now that I look at the list, it’s clearly obvious I’ve failed to meet 80% of my goals for 2007 OTL|||||||||. The only goal I’ve achieved was the part concerning getting better at art which I somewhat did. Well, shuddap >3> atleast there IS some progress =3=!
For the new year, I’m not doing any resolutions except for two and I’m dead serious about it.
One is something I’d like to do, solely, to piss a certain person off and its going to drain so much energy, hardwork and time for it to start giving results and the second one is the usual become better at drawing\coloring and try to learn some creativity. This one I can do it. I’m sure I’ll be able to if I get some space away from the annoying ones in RL.

Instead of a new year resolution I’ve got a wishlist 8D; tehe. Well, why not ? If I can’t make it happen, I can atleast wish for it to happen, can’t I ?
So, let’s see. Hmmmmm, what I wish for is ..

I haven’t been able to sleep all night long and the previous day as well. My eyelids feel so heavy so I’ll lay down for a while and see if I could sleep a bit.

Its amazing how the simplest little things can lighten up one’s day in an instant. I think I’m extremely lucky to be surrounded by such thoughtful considerate loving caring and sweet hearted friends. I’m thankful to God I got to meet/know these people even if only online.
Hehe, I literally spazzed today at what I found awaiting me in my mails. It was totally moving. Lol, you guys are better than the relatives I’ve never had.

Current WIPs I’m supposed to finish this month (.__.*). I’ve sketched these simultaneously last night XD and will work on them in rotation. Nothing major except for the middle one which is supposed to done before 24th T[]T!!!!! and the rest can wait a little.
The good thing is, my art block is gone hopefully forever! too bad its eid days I don’t get to use the computer much ;3;
